Frustrated by the difficulties of collecting donations after participating in a number of charity running events, the founders searched for a simple solution.

By allowing people to dial a fully-automated donation service, The Wonderful Foundation handles micro donations in a very efficient way - both for the charity and its supporters.
There are no forms to fill, cheques to sign or direct debit mandates to complete. So, in our mission to promote easy giving, we named our telephone and SMS donation lines wonderful numbers.

Is your organisation eligible for a wonderful number?
In order to provide a free service, The Wonderful Foundation is currently offering numbers only to organisations registered with the Charity Commission. This streamlines our sign up and due diligence processes which keeps costs to a minimum.
We do have plans to extend the service to international charities, non-profit organisations, the voluntary sector and other worthy causes in the near future.
