FACTS - was established in 1990. We are a Community Transport Operator proudly serving the local community of Felixstowe and the surrounding area. We provide transport to anyone of any age with a physical, cognitive or sensory impairment which limits or restricts access to public transport. You can travel with a companion or carer. We also provide essential transport links under 'Connecting Communities' for those who may not have regular access to public transport.
We're there to help and enable our passengers to get out and about and to live life. Whether that be getting to the shops, hairdressers, theatre, restaurants, day-care centres, medical appointments, church - enjoying hobbies and entertainment with friends and family.
FACTS is a Registered Charity (Number 1098025) formed as a company limited by guarantee which operates on a ‘not for profit' basis. We run a small modern fleet of wheelchair adapted vehicles supported by a number of private car owners. All of our drivers and passenger assistants are volunteers. They are trained and qualified under the Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme (MiDAS) which is operated by the Community Transport Association.

The Co-operative Bank are proud to be the main sponsorship partner of the Wonderful Organisation supporting charities to make a difference by ensuring 100% of donations go directly to doing good. Learn more about the Bank’s values and ethics.
We recognise the selfless commitment made by fundraisers who train for months to run marathons, face their fears by jumping out of aeroplanes or open their homes to the community for charity bakes and coffee mornings. We believe the charities they support should receive EVERY PENNY from their fundraising efforts.
We also believe that Gift Aid (a scheme enabling charities to reclaim tax on donations made by UK taxpayers) should be directed IN FULL to the charities. This is why the Wonderful Organisation does not generate profit (or even cover costs) by deducting money from fundraisers' sponsors or Gift Aid contributions.
We are a non-profit organisation funded entirely by like-minded, philanthropic businesses. That's what makes us wonderful!
