The Whistleblowing International Network (WIN) is an international charity based in Scotland.
Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of civil society to protect public interest whistleblowers worldwide, to support the work of civil society in turning legal rights into active protection for whistleblowers and to assist in ensuring that whistleblowing disclosures achieve lasting change in the public interest.
WIN provides counsel, tools and expertise to its Members and Associates - civil society organisations that defend and support whistleblowers.
We offer our Members and Associates a platform for sharing information and resources about whistleblowing, as well as opportunities to form new links and learn from similar organisations from all over the globe. We also work to support the efforts of our Member and Associate organisations to develop international policy and legislative solutions that work effectively in their various countries and regions.
Drawing on expertise and knowledge from these organisations, as well as international experts working in fields closely connected to democratic accountability and whistleblowing from over 30 countries worldwide, WIN is proud to be growing into an internationally recognised centre of excellence in whistleblowing law and practice.

The Co-operative Bank are proud to be the main sponsorship partner of the Wonderful Organisation supporting charities to make a difference by ensuring 100% of donations go directly to doing good. Learn more about the Bank’s values and ethics.
We recognise the selfless commitment made by fundraisers who train for months to run marathons, face their fears by jumping out of aeroplanes or open their homes to the community for charity bakes and coffee mornings. We believe the charities they support should receive EVERY PENNY from their fundraising efforts.
We also believe that Gift Aid (a scheme enabling charities to reclaim tax on donations made by UK taxpayers) should be directed IN FULL to the charities. This is why the Wonderful Organisation does not generate profit (or even cover costs) by deducting money from fundraisers' sponsors or Gift Aid contributions.
We are a non-profit organisation funded entirely by like-minded, philanthropic businesses. That's what makes us wonderful!
