“How do you do it?”, “Why?”, “You’re nuts!” These are often things people say to me when they hear about my recent cycling habit. Well at the start of 2019, I set myself the goal of riding my bike for a good cause, and being me, I wanted to do something epic.
Mosaic is a Dorset-wide charity offering support to bereaved children, and their families. When a child loses a parent it is the most dramatic thing they are ever going to experience. Your donation will go towards funding counsellors who offer vital support to families suffering from this tragedy. Their fantastic work has already helped many families and with your donation, they will be able to help many more.
On Saturday 22 June 2019, I will be literally chasing the sun and riding from east to west across the entire length of the country. Starting at sunrise in Isle of Sheppey (East of London), I’m heading west to Burnham-On-Sea, aiming to get there before sunset; a total of 205 miles in 17 hours.
This is going to be one big trip and the furthest distance I have ever cycled. Every donation will help push me to the finish line. Even a small donation will make a big difference, so wish me luck! Thank you for your support!
